We have a resident artist

Our Ruby is a creative little soul.  She loves to paint and draw and doodle and create.  Here's a sampling of her works.

This first is her most recent canvas, created in a school holiday workshop at The Art Shed.   There's a common theme through Ruby's art.  See if you can pick it ;)

Her art teacher isn't teaching locally anymore and we're on the lookout for someone new. If you know of a fabulous art teacher in the Wynnum/Manly area, let me know!

Wishing you peace, love and a healthy surge of creativity this week.

these are fantastic, from one animal obsessed creator to another, GO RUBY! And keep doing it, because you'll only get better, and don't ever stop. Do what you love!

I particularly like the frog and the giraffe! Though that seagull has personality to spare too! She is a creative little thing!

Thanks - Ruby was super-excited to read your comments :) I can't decide which is my favourite, I love them all for different reasons. I've told her that I want to keep the new one forever :)

Dear Miss Ruby, your art work is stunning. I particularly like the way you paint giving each animal a sense of character. Have you thought of making a story book to go with your art work? Have you read any of Narelle Oliver's work? She is a local resident, an artist and a story teller. Keep seeing beautiful things in the world. Briohny
